Monique is excellent! She was very patient with me and my fiancé as first home buyers and she was very helpful with answering questions and addressing concerns. Monique was assigned as my real estate agent during my relocation. I found her to be very knowledgeable about the market and to have a deep understanding of the real estate business. During my search for a home I was impressive how quickly she zeroed in on what my likes and dislikes were and was able to schedule meaningful visits to properties that were of interest to me. As a full time agent it was obvious that she had strong connections in the area and with others in the business as we were able to look at homes either before they went on the market or on the day they were listed. When I found the home I wanted she was extremely helpful during the negotiation process and saved me money with her recommendations. I feel very fortunate to have worked with her and will partner with her again if I have any real estate needs.
